The 2″ camlock coupler x 2″ hose tail is used to connect two pipes together. The camlock coupler has a female camlock fitting on one end and a 2″ hose tail on the other end. The hose tail is a hose barb which a hose fits on to. The camlock coupler locks into place with a cam and groove mechanism, which provides a secure connection.
