PurchaseGift Cards can be purchased online through our website.Payment can be made via accepted payment methods as listed on our website.3. Value and CurrencyGift Cards are available in various denominations and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).4. ExpiryGift Cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of issue, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.The expiry date will be prominently displayed on the Gift Card. If there is no expiry date, this will be clearly stated as “No expiry date.”5. RedemptionGift Cards can be redeemed for services and products offered by ACTWELL.Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.6. Non-TransferableGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.7. Lost or Stolen CardsACTWELL is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. No replacements will be provided.8. LimitationsGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.9. Conditions and RestrictionsAll conditions and restrictions on the use of the Gift Card will be clearly stated, including any limitations on the number of transactions.10.
